With the IMA Massage, at La Caresse, We encourage you to allow yourself to run on manual, only as you are able. And a few moments with us will help you do just that. After our IMA Massage, you will remember who you were and are. This massage is primarily Swedish, and incorporating some shiatsu techniques where necessary.

Your body will benefit greatly as circulation is stimulated, encouraging suppleness and making you feel brand new. At La Caresse, you can have your massage with or without Aroma-therapeutic oils. We always utilise the tehinqus of reflexology and shiatsu, as to us, no one technique can be left out, unless you desire only one.

Facial seem to be thought of for women only - well No-More!! Every one can have a facial. Well, except babies, they already have perfect skin, well, most of them anyway. A facial can be calming, and soothing, whilst balancing and cleansing. With a facial from La Caresse, You can also relieve yourself of that tired look, lifting your face, and from our facial massage there are benefits for those with sinusitis. Facials are also very beneficial in reducing large pores with tightening masks.

We sometimes forget them, though they work so hard for us. They help build houses, raise children, and we know they mean so much, but realise it only when they hurt, or are damaged. What? Hands and feet - Healthy and maintained hands and feet are connected to how well our bodies feel. Regular hand and foot care diminishes complications disorders associated with nails and skin. We will relax and soak your hands and feet, remove dead flaky skin, then exfoliate the hands with a sea salt scrub and a heavier grain on the feet, and then, remove excess and dead cuticles painlessly. With our care, we will wash and gently massage your hands and feet. Your nails are shaped, lightly buffed, and polished if desired.
Body Scrub $80
Who said that only the face must be pampered with great care? Your entire body can be exfoliated and blemishes and acne reduced with refreshing and results oriented products. With the use of both natural and chemical products, we give you something to say YEAH! about. And we finish you off with a light Massage to stimulate your skin, and improve circulation, leaving you with an outer glow that is felt inside.
